The Challenge: Traditional collision repair websites rely heavily on legacy desktop layouts, burying intake forms behind multi-step phone calls or desktop contact forms. When drivers experience a collision after business hours, non-responsive sites create heavy drop-off—forcing drivers to default to corporate insurance-preferred chain shops.

The Design & Technical Solution: Engineered an industrial, dark-mode mobile web application optimized for emergency after-hours intake, instant photo uploads, and zero-friction communication.

Key Features & System Design: • High-Contrast Safety Visuals: Designed a dark charcoal (#1A1A1A) and high-visibility safety orange aesthetic built for high-readability in low-light emergency situations. • "3-Tap Photo Estimate" Tool: Developed an interactive, step-by-step diagnostic intake workflow allowing drivers to capture and submit front, side, and rear vehicle damage photos directly from their smartphone camera. • Frictionless Location & Towing Integration: Integrated 1-tap call triggers for towing assistance, direct map directions, and shop operating hours. • Value-Driven Independent Branding: Highlighting independent repair integrity—emphasizing no-DRP insurance pressure, factory-tolerance frame alignment, and written lifetime workmanship guarantees.
