Project Overview

Growfolk is a startup that connects data professionals with fast-growing companies. The goal was to design a brand and website that felt modern, trustworthy, and human — merging the analytical world of data with a creative visual identity. I developed the full project in Framer, created the illustrations and animations in Procreate, and built a responsive, story-driven experience where design meets emotion.

The Challenge

• Translate a highly technical concept — data recruitment — into a warm, human-centered story. • Build trust and clarity for both companies and professionals. • Develop a visual system that stands out from typical “tech startup” aesthetics. • Keep the site light, responsive, and visually alive through handcrafted motion and illustration.

The Solution

I designed a complete digital identity that blends minimal UI with handmade details. The website, built in Framer, uses modular sections — Hero, Value Proposition, Process, Testimonials, and Contact — each supported by a custom illustration created in Procreate, later animated for subtle motion. The tone of voice and color palette convey intelligence and optimism. Typography is clean and geometric, contrasted by organic lines and textures from the illustrations, creating balance between logic and creativity. Soft animations (scroll reveals, hover transitions, and micro-movements) give rhythm to the page and highlight key messages without overwhelming the viewer.

Design Highlights

Hero & CTAs • Strong messaging: “Connect Data Talent with Growing Teams.” • Dual CTAs: “Build Your Team” and “Grow Your Career.” • Hand-drawn shapes and icons in motion, giving the page personality. Impact: Clear differentiation — tech meets artistry.
Why Growfolk Section • Three value pillars represented through illustrated icons. • Scroll-based animations that make each icon appear with a soft bounce. • Layout optimized for scanning and clarity. Impact: Builds trust while keeping the visual experience engaging.
Illustrations & Motion • All characters, shapes, and connectors drawn in Procreate using a textured brush for a handmade touch. • Animated directly in Framer with timed easing for natural feel. • Each visual supports a message — teamwork, growth, connection. Impact: Distinctive, memorable, and emotionally resonant brand presence.
Testimonials & Contact • Short, authentic quotes paired with minimalist icons. • Contact form includes smart field grouping and visual consistency with the overall palette.
