Client Overview
Ealy & Company is a real estate group specializing in residential, farm, and ranch properties in the north Austin area. The broker/owner, Lockie Ealy, is committed to creating unforgettable experiences and building meaningful relationships in the real estate industry.
Lockie approached me after 20 years in residential real estate and working under another brokerage. She came to me for my expertise to help her elevate her business to the next level and start her brokerage.
Deep Dive
At our initial meeting, Lockie shared numerous pins on our private Pinterest board featuring images of keyholes, peacocks, and olive branch leaves. Curious about their significance, I asked Lockie about them, to which she explained that she has peacocks on her farm and that they symbolize new beginnings, luck, and peace. The keyhole directly references real estate, and the olive branch leaves represent her daughter's name, Olive. Lockie requested that I design something using all these symbols, so I created her brand icon.
At the meeting, Lockie mentioned her word for 2024, "Inspire." I created a tagline for her business that represents her clients, inspiring them to take the next step of homeownership. Most of her clients are established, meaning no first-time buyers, and are looking to relocate or expand.
Website Updates
To maintain brand consistency across print and online platforms, I updated Lockie's website to enhance recognition and provide a professional appearance.
