Designed the core flow for Standby, a mobile app connecting people with verified home service professionals — plumbers, electricians, cooks, handymen — for the exact moment when you need help fast and can't wait days for a booking.

The main design challenge: this is a high-trust category. Users are letting a stranger into their home, often under time pressure, so every screen had to earn confidence before asking for commitment.
