Sofía contacted me to design the identity of Xhal Café, sharing how coffee evoked her home, connecting her across continents. For her, coffee is more than a beverage; it's a narrative and a moment of reflection. The identity of Xhal Café was meant to reflect this connection to the land and shared experiences around a cup of coffee, with vibrant illustrations and a contrast between a minimalist brand and vibrant packaging. Xhal Café is a specialty coffee with the vision of becoming a cozy café that celebrates the history and culture behind each coffee bean, especially those cultivated in the Xhalostoc field, Morelos, Mexico. Xhal Café's packaging is not just a container but a symbol of the dreams and beauty of its origin, carrying with it the aromas and flavors of the local area to connect customers with nature and the shared dreams with each cup of coffee.
