Overview
Amerigo Auto Transport runs quotes and dispatch in ShipDesk, a CRM we built with React, Express and Postgres. It connects RingCentral SMS, SendGrid email, Stripe payments and Meta's Conversions API, and a public quote form embedded on amerigoautotransport.com feeds the same pipeline.
Our role: Full-Stack Design & Development (2025)
The challenge
Amerigo ran quotes, carrier coordination, and follow-up across disconnected tools — conversion and ad spend were hard to see.
What we built
We built ShipDesk as a React/Express/Postgres CRM with RingCentral SMS, SendGrid, Stripe, and Meta CAPI, plus a public quote form that feeds the same pipeline.
