NextPlay: AI Football Film Analytics

NextPlay turns football film into scouting insight. Coaches upload film to a React dashboard; a Python computer-vision package (YOLO) tracks players and the ball, and Cloud Run services turn that into insights. The dashboard covers film insights, formation analysis, live play calling, billing and admin, with Supabase and Firebase behind it.

Coaches needed film to become scouting insight — movement, ball, formations — without a season of manual tagging.

We built NextPlay as a dashboard plus vision stack: YOLO tracking, Cloud Run insights, and Vite views for film, formations, live play calling, and admin.
