Overview

GCC Lighting & Audio is a B2B supplier of professional lighting and audio equipment. They needed a product presentation that could support their sales team in meetings with distributors, integrators, and procurement teams.

The Problem

The existing materials were a mix of spec sheets and loose slides with no consistent structure. Sales reps were building their own decks before every meeting, pulling from different sources, and the result looked different every time. There was no single presentation that told a coherent product story.

My Approach

I built a structured product presentation that works as both a leave-behind and a live walkthrough:
Company overview — who GCC is, market position, and key differentiators
Product categories — organized by use case, not just SKU
Feature highlights — technical specs presented visually, not as raw data tables
Case studies — real installation examples with photos and outcomes
Contact and next steps — clear CTA for distributors and buyers
The visual system uses GCC's brand colors with a clean, professional layout. Every slide follows the same grid, so the deck feels cohesive whether it's 10 slides or 40.

Result

A modular product presentation the sales team can use as-is or customize per meeting. Built in PowerPoint with editable templates, organized so reps can pull specific sections without breaking the design.
