NovaFlow is an AI-powered workflow automation platform built for operations teams. The founders needed a pitch deck that could hold up in investor meetings, explain a technical product without jargon, and make the opportunity feel urgent.
The Problem
The original deck was content-heavy, with dense slides that buried the key points. Investors scanning through it had to work too hard to find the story. The structure jumped between product features, market data, and team slides without a clear narrative thread.
My Approach
I started by restructuring the narrative arc:
Problem → Solution → Market → Product → Traction → Team → Ask
Each slide got one job. No slide tries to do two things.
Headlines carry the argument. If you only read the headlines, you get the full pitch.
Then I designed the visual system: dark theme with accent colors that match NovaFlow's brand, clean data visualizations, and consistent typography throughout.
Key Slides
Problem slide — framed around the cost of manual workflows, not just the inconvenience
Solution slide — one clear sentence, supported by a product screenshot
Market sizing — TAM/SAM/SOM with a simple visual hierarchy
Traction slide — metrics presented with context, not just raw numbers
The Ask — clear funding amount, use of funds breakdown, and timeline
Result
A 14-slide investor-ready pitch deck. Clean enough to send as a standalone PDF, structured enough to present live. Built in PowerPoint with an editable template so the team can update numbers as traction grows.
Investor-ready pitch deck, an AI-powered workflow automation SaaS. Restructured the narrative, clarified the message, and designed for fundraising meetings.
