Engineered a low-latency, real-time voice agent architecture enabling voice-controlled transactions and dynamic data interactions — with human-in-the-loop governance for every autonomous action.

What was built

Streaming voice pipeline: ASR + parallel response architecture for sub-second perceived latency.
Tool-using agents: agents that query live data, initiate transactions, and escalate to humans by design.
Governance layer: explainability traces, boundary enforcement, and compliance controls for autonomous operations.

Outcome

A production voice interface where agents complete real transactions safely — the same architecture pattern now powering my client voice-agent builds.
