What was built
Data OTF & harvesting engine: real-time ingestion of platform, campaign, and behavioral events.
Agentic analysis layer: LLM workflows that summarize, detect anomalies, and draft operational reports.
Dashboard & reporting surface: live dashboards for leadership with automated monthly operational reports.
Outcome
Replaced manual weekly reporting with automated pipelines — cutting reporting turnaround from days to minutes while the platform scaled to 100K+ users at 99.99% uptime.
