Designed and built the automation backbone for a multi-team platform: n8n pipelines that publish content updates, trigger post-event surveys, and route customer-comms events across Slack, Notion, Airtable, and the email platform.
What was built
Content publishing pipelines: automated release-notification and campaign publishing flows.
Survey & feedback loops: post-event survey triggers with completion monitoring and trend reporting.
Customer-comms routing: event-driven routing of cancellations, postponements, and support escalations.
Custom steps in Python/Node wherever no-code nodes hit their limits.
Outcome
Cut manual turnaround from weeks to days across release, marketing, and support operations — with a single source of truth across every channel.
