Short Term Florida Rentals is a vacation rental and property management platform connecting travelers with short-term stays across Florida, while also managing properties on behalf of owners. I designed the full site experience — from the guest-facing booking flow to the owner-facing property management pitch — as one cohesive brand.

Serve two audiences on one site without it feeling split in two: travelers looking for a place to stay, and property owners looking for someone to manage their rental. The goal was to make booking a stay feel effortless, while making the property management side feel credible enough for an owner to hand over their keys.

Vacation rental sites usually lean one of two ways — booking-focused with no real trust-building, or heavy on business credentials with a clunky booking experience. I needed a site that:

Made searching and booking a property fast and visually driven, not form-heavy

Built real trust and credibility around the property management service, since that's a bigger commitment than a single booking

Balanced two very different user intents (guest vs. property owner) without the navigation feeling split

Stayed consistent across four distinct pages with different goals

The site now speaks to guests and owners through one consistent design system — travelers get a fast, visual booking path, while owners get a page built to earn trust before they ever pick up the phone.
