I designed a fully automated lead nurture system in Make that triggers the moment a new lead enters the pipeline.
Here's the flow:
New lead lands in Notion (via form, manual entry, or CRM sync)
The system assigns them to a nurture track based on lead source and intent signals
Timed follow-up emails go out automatically, personalized with the lead's name, company, and context
Notion updates in real time: every email sent, every status change, every milestone logged
When a lead replies or books a call, the team gets an instant notification
The entire journey from first touch to booked call runs without anyone lifting a finger.
The Result
Zero leads lost to follow-up gaps.
The client went from manually chasing leads in a spreadsheet to a system that nurtures every single one on autopilot.
Follow-up response time dropped from days to under 2 hours, and the team finally had a clear, real-time view of their entire pipeline.
