Mizani is a premium cafe that celebrates the history of coffee and traditional brewing methods. They serve a variety of blends and add an upscale dynamism to the coffee-drinking experience.

Coffee making is a science in itself. A perfect cup of coffee is a balance of flavour, colour and temperature. Even the slightest change can bring a huge difference to the experience. We decided to base the name on - BALANCE. To explore options, we took a trip along the history of coffee bean discovery and used the local language of those places to mean the word BALANCE. After careful consideration the name was selected. MIZANI
