I worked with Lex, an ed-tech platform of Infosys as a product data analyst.
We wanted to develop a customer engagement dashboard to help the product track user activity, identify trends, and enhance overall user experience. By visualizing key metrics like course completion rates, user activity, and engagement with content, the dashboard provided valuable insights to optimize learning outcomes and increase retention.
