The Goals
1) Build and maintain relationship with our customers
2) Strengthen the brand mission and values
3) Create credibility through consistent messaging, that wasn't solely focused on Sales.
The Sunday Edit: Weekly newsletter
It curated the top headlines, articles and style tips that aligned with Alder & Green's entrepreneurial, sustainable and classic menswear values.
It was more important to champion the mission through carefully selecting relevant information that could inspire and inform our audience.
Open rates per week
Through this approach - with a commitment to the customer to not use it to push sales marketing - we achieved a consistent open rate. This created a deeper sense of community and credibility, as our audience trusted our approach.
