Kajabi Website + Online Course Ecosystem for Lee Harris Energy

The Client

Lee Harris Energy is a global personal-development and spiritual education brand led by Lee Harris β€” an energy intuitive, transformation teacher, channeler, author, and musician. The brand offers online courses, memberships, live experiences, digital products, books, music, and ongoing educational content for a global audience.

The Challenge

The brand needed more than a traditional website. With multiple offers spanning online courses, memberships, events, content, and digital products, the customer journey needed to feel clear and intentional rather than overwhelming.
The goal was to create a Kajabi experience where visitors could quickly understand Lee's work, discover the right offer, move from free content into paid experiences, and access their purchased content through a connected digital ecosystem.

My Role

I designed and structured the Kajabi experience across the website and digital learning ecosystem, focusing on:
Website structure and user journey
Course and product presentation
Membership positioning
Landing-page and offer structure
Lead capture and newsletter flow
Navigation and content organization
Conversion-focused calls to action
Mobile-friendly page structure
Customer pathways from free content to paid offers

The Build

The project was built around Kajabi's website, products, offers, landing pages, and customer-management capabilities, creating a centralized ecosystem for both marketing and digital delivery.
I structured the experience around several core journeys:
Free Content β†’ Email Capture β†’ Relevant Offer β†’ Purchase β†’ Member Experience
The website architecture separates major areas such as Courses, The Portal, Events, Books, Music, Videos, Podcast, About, and Store, allowing visitors to explore Lee's wider ecosystem without losing sight of the primary conversion paths.
For the course experience, I focused on presenting educational products with clear positioning, outcomes, pricing, supporting content, and straightforward calls to action. The Kajabi course ecosystem includes both individual learning experiences and broader membership/community access.
I also considered the relationship between free content and paid products. Newsletter capture provides an entry point for new visitors, while courses, The Portal membership, events, and digital products provide deeper ways for existing audiences to engage with the brand.

The Result

The finished Kajabi ecosystem provides a scalable foundation for a content-rich education brand with multiple monetization paths.
Instead of treating the website, courses, membership, and marketing as separate experiences, the structure connects them into one customer journey β€” helping visitors move from discovering Lee's work to exploring courses, joining the community, attending experiences, or purchasing digital products.
The result is a professional, content-driven Kajabi ecosystem designed to support ongoing course launches, membership growth, digital product sales, and audience nurturing.
