My role:
- UX Research (User Flow analysis, Information architecture, Interviews with the Product Manager and the client team);
- Developing the wireframes based on research results;
- Building the prototypes and testing with the team and customers;
- Developing the UI design;
- Close collaboration with the developers' team and review the staging process.
