The goal of this project was to create a design that blended a traditional news-style website with a modern blog, all while staying within the parameters of the company's current design system.

Created a custom layout for the various blog page templates that promoted consistency across all pages.

Considered edge cases that could occur with the layout, contributor names, article text, and images throughout the various designs.

Created new components that would be necessary for the updated blog while making sure to reuse components that already exist on the site.

Utilized best practices in the visual hierarchy, typography, accessibility, spacing, and responsiveness of the designs.

Collaborated with multiple team members to make sure business objectives, programming capabilities, and customer needs were all taken into account when creating the designs.
