Undefeated Boxing Club — Website Design & Development

Undefeated Boxing Club is a professional boxing gym in Upland, California. Its prior Wix site buried the key booking action behind 11 top-level navigation links, competing CTAs, and an inconsistent visual hierarchy.

I migrated and rebuilt the experience in Webflow, creating a clearer path from discovery to booking. The redesign uses a single primary CTA per section, a more editorial content hierarchy, and an embedded Calendly booking flow to reduce drop-off.

GSAP ScrollTrigger powers hero reveals, coach-card entrances, and a gym-stats sequence. The build uses Client-First conventions and Relume UI components, with a CMS structure for coaches, class types, schedules, pricing, and testimonials so the team can maintain routine updates without opening the Designer.
