This product was a premium version of a very popular pet item. The niche was very saturated and very competitive, but once my clients showed me the initial concept I assured them that it will work, and it did. One of the biggest turning points was when I pointed out that the product has an auditory component which we used for sponsored video ads and the product took off. Unfortunately, we've had many copycats since. Which is a form of flattery. The product went from zero to 100k within the first year.
