Redsand operates in the AI infrastructure space, providing the underlying systems that power modern AI applications. Their services span across infrastructure, technology, and implementation - making their offering inherently complex and difficult to communicate.

With an existing website that lacked structure and scalability, Redsand partnered with us to redesign and rebuild their digital presence from the ground up. The goal was not only to improve visual quality, but to create a flexible, high-performance platform that can grow alongside their business.

The new website needed to clearly present their services, support ongoing content expansion (such as use cases and insights), and align with the visual standard of leading AI companies.

Redsand’s project presented a set of challenges beyond a typical website redesign.

First, their AI infrastructure services are highly technical and abstract, making it difficult to communicate value clearly to potential clients. The website needed to simplify this complexity without losing depth or credibility.

Second, the existing website did not meet expectations in terms of visual quality and overall presentation. It lacked the level of refinement and professionalism needed to properly represent an AI infrastructure company, prompting the need for a complete redesign. 

Finally, the design needed to strike a balance between enterprise-level sophistication and performance - drawing inspiration from industry leaders while maintaining fast load speeds and strong SEO foundations.

Our role was to transform a complex, technical product into a structured and scalable web experience. We approached the project as both a design and system-building challenge, focusing on clarity, modularity, and long-term usability.

We executed the project through:

UI Design: Designing a clean, structured interface with strong attention to layout and hierarchy, ensuring all pages are intuitive, consistent, and fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Webflow Development: Bringing the website to life in Webflow with a mobile-first approach, focusing on performance and CMS flexibility. We implemented structured CMS collections (e.g. insights, use cases, partners) and integrated basic forms to support user engagement. At the same time, we ensured a strong SEO foundation through semantic HTML structure, meta tags (title, description, open graph), optimized page speed following Google PageSpeed best practices, and descriptive alt text for all images.

To efficiently deliver the project while maintaining flexibility, we followed a structured yet overlapping workflow:

Developed 2 homepage visual concepts based on Redsand’s branding and industry references to explore different visual directions.

Defined a clear design direction that reflects a clean, modern aesthetic aligned with AI infrastructure positioning.

Designed detailed UI for desktop and mobile, expanding the selected concept into a consistent design system.

Applied the system across all key pages, ensuring visual consistency and a unified user experience.

Structured each page with a clear hierarchy, making complex content easier to scan and understand.

Collaborated closely with the client, iterating through multiple feedback rounds to finalize the design.

Following the approved design direction, we began development by establishing a style guide based on Client-First principles, creating a scalable and maintainable foundation for the website.

We then brought the website to life in Webflow, incorporating subtle animations to enhance the overall experience. At the same time, we ensured full responsiveness across tablet and mobile, maintaining consistency and performance across all screen sizes. 

To accelerate delivery, development started as soon as the homepage was approved, allowing design and build to run in parallel. This workflow enabled faster iteration and tighter alignment between both phases.

As part of the implementation, we conducted internal QA using the Capi Checklist, set up basic CMS collections for dynamic content, and configured in-app SEO - covering semantic HTML structure, meta tags, and performance optimization.

The phase concluded with final client review and refinements before launch.

After launch, we provided post-launch support, focusing on maintenance and bug fixing to ensure the website runs smoothly in a live environment.

To maintain project clarity and scope, any additional requests beyond the approved designs were handled separately and scoped accordingly.

The final outcome is a fully responsive, scalable website that positions Redsand as a professional and forward-thinking AI infrastructure provider.
