The Socielle Studio is a social media management agency that provides marketing strategy and content writing to lifestyle and business coaches.

At the beginning of the project, The Socielle Studio was in the process of changing the name of the business (formerly Cap & Rose). I (the owner) not only wanted to do full rebrand from a graphic design perspective but also rebrand in their writing voice and style for their social media captions.

Rebrand the company’s voice from formal to casual and educational. And after the transition period, continue posting in new brand voice and grow Instagram account.

My first task was to brainstorm how to fluidly change tone of voice in the rebrand and then continue to write in that tone after the transition.

I wrote out several captions along with curated photos that aligned with brand’s upcoming events and promotions and A/B tested them with the audience to see if the new branding voice would flourish

After approval, I scheduled them to be posted to Instagram and subsequently engaged with the post

Produced a guide on vocabulary, slang, buzzwords that I used in any copy or content writing

Curated on-brand images to post

Created educational content using casual language

200% increase in followers after rebrand

1.5% engagement rate per post
