Footsteps Media is a branding and web development agency that provides graphic and web design services to new and established businesses.

At the beginning of the project, Footsteps Media was not consistent on their social media platforms (Instagram & Facebook). They were looking to become more consistent, increase engagement rates, and attract potential clients.

Help business owner grow her social media presence, organically, through well written and engaging posts.

Write captions that inform readers of services offered by Footsteps Media and create CTA’s converted readers to clients.

Client booked a discovery call with me so they can learn more about my services and I can, in return, learn more about their brand and goals

Upon agreement, client filled out brand identity questionnaire which I used as a foundation for improving posting consistencey

I wrote out several captions along with curated photos that aligned with brand’s upcoming events and promotions and submitted drafts for client to review

After approval, I scheduled them to be posted to Instagram and Facebook and subsequently engaged with the post

Produced a guide on vocabulary, slang, buzzwords the owner (and I) use in any copy or content writing

Curated on-brand images to post
