About the Brand:
SYN is an ultra-premium, high-fashion brand known for its alternative haute couture. The brand targets influencers, musicians, YouTubers, models, and streamers who grace red carpet events or perform on stage. They pride themselves on pushing the boundaries of fashion, creating pieces that are not only cool and grungy but also serve as an expression of individuality.
The Design
The creative direction for this brand was all about mixing contrasts. High class with grunge, luxury with edge. Every detail was crafted to feel minimal yet intentional, reflecting the handcrafted and premium experience that SYN stands for.
This brand identity was created as part of a Contra x Will Paterson brand sprint, where Contra’s top brand designers each crafted their own take on SYN to showcase the incredible range of talent within the community. It was such an honor to be selected to take part in this project!
