Dearflow is a next-gen AI assistant built to help busy professionals regain focus in a world full of noise. It connects to your email and calendar, learns your behavior, and takes smart, proactive actions from drafting replies to organizing your day.
Website
The modern professional spends countless hours managing emails, scheduling meetings, and switching between tools. Most productivity apps only react, they wait for users to act first. Dearflow’s founders wanted to reimagine what an assistant could be: one that anticipates, simplifies, and brings calm to daily workflows.
The challenge for us was to translate this intelligent system into a brand that feels trustworthy, mindful, and emotionally grounded. The product was complex, but the brand needed to feel effortless.

We partnered with Dearflow from day one as their brand and design extension. Together, we developed a full brand foundation from narrative and positioning to identity and digital experience.
The strategy focused on redefining “proactive AI” not as speed, but as awareness, an assistant that understands context and helps people work with clarity.
The identity system was built to scale from Flora, the AI character that represents personality, to every touchpoint including product UI, landing page, and investor decks. The website was designed as a quiet yet intelligent space, guiding visitors through Dearflow’s story: an assistant that acts before you ask.
Beyond design, we helped define Dearflow’s tone of voice, mindful, empathetic, and confident. Every line, from the website hero copy to in-app microcopy, was shaped to sound human, not machine.
Working with Dearflow has been a deep collaboration, not just designing visuals, but shaping how a next-gen AI assistant should feel in daily life. From early brand thinking to product and website execution, we focused on translating complex intelligence into a calm, human, and trustworthy experience.
Today, Dearflow is live at dearflow.ai, bringing proactive and mindful AI into real workflows. This project reflects how thoughtful design can turn advanced technology into something that feels effortless, grounded, and genuinely helpful.
