Alex Quarles, the founder of TTC, is aware of the stereotypes that women are exposed to by the outside world -women must choose either to have a successful career or their family (they can't have both), most women don't want to work hard, they just want to marry the rich, etc.-

The goal of TTC is to empower all women to be confident, beautiful, and fashion pioneers by transforming stereotypical women's ideas into idiomatic accessories.
