ClearHelp — a clearer way to find local resources

ClearHelp organizes resource discovery around two simple questions: where are you, and what kind of help do you need?

Little Fight NYC built a public web application with ZIP-based search, practical categories, and separate journeys for people looking for help and people who want to give it. Situation-based entry points offer another way into the information.

The interface uses plain language, clear visual hierarchy and a prominent quick-exit control. The design gives the search task priority and keeps the first steps available without creating an account.

Scope: website and application experience, search and category navigation, responsive design, and information structure.
