Social Media Management

Starting in September 2020, I took over the management of the Pilates Studio's social media, especially Instagram. Over the next 4 months, I was able to increase engagement on Instagram and Facebook by 90%

My tasks for managing social media included:

-Creating Instagram and Facebook posts for Monday-Saturday each week

-Highlighting studio programs, special offers, boutique items, and client wins

-Manage all client interactions over direct messaging

-Keep all social media information up to date with studio policies and COVID updates
