Problem
ICES Foundation needed a strategy to sell online courses and increse their community. I designed an iniciative that allowed the brand to progress not only in its conversions but also in its online presence and dialogue with its community.
Solution
I decided to implement a strategy to meet the client’s expectations in terms of virtual education and conversions. I combined WordPress with Elementor, Woocommerce, and Tutor LMS.
Process
Understanding. User research is a significant part of understanding the problem. I employed various techniques to achieve the best results for the objectives set with the customer. This includes getting to know the user and the context in depth.

Exploring. With all the information gathered and organized, I started a creative and technical process that included the joint proposal of ideas and the creation of the initial prototypes.

Materializing. One of the most important discoveries I made in the first two stages was the client’s need for an existing and widely-known tool to set up their new virtual campus. That’s why we created a real testing environment instead of interactive prototypes. I combined WordPress, Tutor LMS and Woocommerce.
