I set up a HubSpot free CRM account for a fictional fitness studio (FitLife Studio), building the entire structure from scratch as a portfolio project.

The setup includes a custom deal pipeline with clearly defined stages, structured contact and company profiles, lifecycle stage mapping, and task management. Each part of the setup is supported with screenshots to show a clean, organized: CRM that’s ready for real-world use.
