Welcome Email Series

The goal of this project was to create an automated welcome email series for an online artisanal food retailer: https://www.shopsarakku.com/

The first email in the series opened with a welcome message and then progressed to introduce the brand's background and story and ending with an initial touch point to the brand's product selection.

One of the brand's USPs was the fact that they stock ingredients from all over the world so that their customers can create a variety of cuisines at home. The second email in the series highlighted the wide range of products that the brand offers to inspire the customer to make a purchase.

The third and final email in the series focused on directing customers to the brand's recipe hub that was hosted on their website. This was designed to further inspire the customer to explore recipes and eventually purchase ingredients from the brand's website.
