Matt needed a system to keep track of all of his endeavors, including:

Digital course creation

Book writing

Content creation for social media

For that, we hopped on a short call to discuss some details on exactly how these things should be organized, and then got straight to work! In less than a week, we had a full Notion setup fitting his needs - complex enough to do the job, but simple enough to be actually used everyday without becoming more of a hassle than a help.

We've all seen how productivity systems can become very time-consuming on their own, thus the whole point of building one tailored to a specific person's needs is to avoid that and make sure that the setup allows them to do more of the work they love!
