Integration Ecosystem Redesign

Challenge.

Integration dashboards often reduce critical system health to tables and status badges, making it difficult to understand how connected services relate to one another or where failures impact the broader ecosystem. The goal was to rethink integrations as a living network rather than a static list.

Solution.

Designed a circuit board-inspired interface that visualizes integrations as connected pathways, reinforcing the idea of data flowing through the platform. Connection states, health, failures, and dependencies are surfaced spatially, allowing users to quickly identify bottlenecks, degraded services, and failing connectors while maintaining a clear, scalable overview of the entire integration ecosystem.

Results.

Created a distinctive integration experience that transforms infrastructure health into an intuitive visual system. The redesign enables users to identify failing integrations faster, understand downstream impact at a glance, and monitor complex data pipelines through a memorable interface that stands apart from traditional integration management dashboards.
