Interactive Webflow Website for a Luxury Residential Complex

Excited to share a real project we recently designed & developed for Premium Hills, a high-end residential complex. Unlike typical concepts, this is a fully functional website built on Webflow. Our goal was to translate the luxury feel of the architecture into a smooth, high-performance digital experience.

The client needed a platform that handles high-res architectural renders and complex floor plan filtering without compromising speed or SEO.

We developed a visual navigation system that simplifies the buying journey. Users can interact directly with the building facade to select a specific floor and apartment. This feature provides instant access to detailed layouts and specs while visually indicating real-time availability (Sold/Available) for every unit. 👇

We ensured that the premium feel isn't lost on smaller screens. The website is fully responsive, retaining all desktop functionality—including the interactive apartment selector—so clients can explore layouts and availability seamlessly from any device.
