- Create an online platform that brings employers and employees and the same place.
- Making job searching as effortless as it can be - user-friendly surveys with the help of AI create completed job profiles that employers can look through.
- Intuitive interface that show all the strong and weak sides of candidates and explore for best fit for the company
Target audience: Employees looking for a solid job and employers looking for solid employees.
Problem statement: Traditional recruitment process often rely on CVs making it difficult for employers to find the perfect match. Candidates struggle to showcase their soft skills in a standard CV format.
