USER RESEARCH
I conducted interviews and carried out some surveys in other to gain insights on the problem a user already has and how I would solve them. I wanted to know how the process of purchasing flowers was like to a user. I assumed that they didn’t mind going to a florist and would like;y order anything. I discovered that they would like to get fresh flowers delivered to them or the person they are purchasing for without having to go to the florist most of the time. They would also like to have varieties available to select from.
