GreenEcoGenius — Circular Economy Marketplace & AI Platform

GreenEcoGenius is my climate-tech product: a B2B platform built around circular-economy workflows. Businesses need to find buyers for recyclable materials, understand where those materials come from and turn operational information into environmental reporting. I designed and developed the product to bring these activities into a connected digital experience.

A materials marketplace needs more than listings. Buyers and sellers work with different material types, volumes and locations, while sustainability teams need supporting records and reporting tools. The challenge was to give these users clear entry points while keeping the platform coherent. The public website also needed to explain a technically complex offering in practical business terms.

As founder and builder, I worked across product direction, branding, UX/UI design, responsive frontend development, backend integration and deployment. The scope included the public-facing website and the application's marketplace, traceability and sustainability workflows. I also developed the Genius AI experience as part of the wider product.

I organized the offering around recognizable business tasks: finding materials, documenting their journey, assessing emissions and preparing reports. Individual solution pages introduce these capabilities, while the application provides dedicated workspaces for the corresponding activities.

The visual system uses green accents, clear navigation, structured cards and data-focused interfaces. My aim was to make a broad technical product readable and approachable while keeping important information close to the task.

Circular marketplace: material listings and partner-matching workflows organized around material type, volume and location.

Traceability: lot-level records, blockchain integration and verification interfaces using certificates and QR codes.

Carbon assessment: interfaces for collecting emissions information and presenting calculations and reduction guidance.

ESG and CSR reporting: structured reporting workflows connected to the platform's sustainability data.

Genius AI: natural-language assistance for circular-economy, carbon and reporting questions, alongside contextual tools such as listing assistance and carbon insights.

The web product uses Next.js, React and TypeScript, with Supabase providing the data, authentication and storage foundation. The architecture includes Stripe integration, an Anthropic-powered AI layer and Polygon-related traceability functionality. I handled responsive implementation, SEO-oriented public pages and deployment on Vercel.

The result is a connected product spanning a public marketing website and a B2B application, with a consistent identity across marketplace, environmental-data and AI experiences. The project demonstrates my work from product positioning and interface design through to full-stack implementation, bringing several complex workflows into one coherent platform.
