Description: TalentVue.ai is an AI-driven platform built on Replit that helps freelancers and agencies manage the full proposal lifecycle—from first brief to signed contract and delivery. It automates proposal drafting, keeps all client conversations and versions in one place, and turns performance data into clear insights so teams can see which offers, pricing structures, and service packages actually win work.

Built an AI proposal engine that turns raw client briefs, past proposals, and portfolio items into ready-to-send drafts with scopes, timelines, and pricing suggestions.

Added reusable templates and content blocks so users can standardize brand voice, terms, and deliverables while still customizing per client in minutes.

Implemented a pipeline-style dashboard to track proposals by stage (drafted, sent, viewed, negotiated, won, lost), including automatic reminders and follow-ups.

Integrated basic CRM features so each client has a unified history of proposals, notes, and active projects.

Connected proposal outcomes to performance analytics—win rate by client type, service line, price range, and response speed.

Included lightweight project management: milestones, tasks, and status updates tied directly to the accepted proposal so delivery stays aligned with scope.

Used Replit as the main development and deployment environment for rapid iteration, live previews, and one-click deploys to production.
