Directed marketing campaigns for Enspire's client app to promote downloads and employee engagement. I managed visual design projects for mobile, web, social media, and email platforms. I also developed creative briefs, managed creative projects from concept to completion and provided creative direction to the team. Below I have provided a brief overview of my role with Enspire and a couple of my favorite projects I led.

I had the opportunity to lead the creative department at a tech startup based in Austin, Texas, specializing in custom mobile apps for employee engagement. Taking on a leadership role, I spearheaded the rebranding initiatives for their logo, website, social media presence, and marketing collateral. 

Penske Automotive sought a new internal brand logo and promotional video for PAG360, their new employee mobile app. As the creative lead, I provided strategy and designs to ensure a cohesive brand identity. My marketing strategy included digital and print collateral, such as emails, app store design, app icon design, flyers, cards, and posters, to promote the PAG360 app and encourage adoption.

Engie, a prominent energy and services company, sought a new mobile app for its employees. Our creative and developer team designed and developed ENGIE Life, an app providing employees easy access to information, tools, and services to support their work and wellbeing. We ensured ENGIE Life had a seamless user experience with user-friendly navigation, intuitive interfaces, and interactive features. My marketing strategy included digital and print collateral, including emails, app store design, app icon design, flyers, cards and posters, to encourage adoption.
