Yembo AI needed a new experience that would connect drivers, moving companies, and clients together through a single platform. I led the product design effort from research through delivery.

Problem

Moving companies, drivers, and customers faced disjointed communication, leading to delays, mismanaged inventory, and inefficient scheduling. Existing tools lacked real-time tracking, clear activity logs, and an intuitive inventory system. The challenge was to streamline the moving process, creating a cohesive experience that integrates AI-powered automation with human decision-making.

Solution

A centralized moving management system that connects drivers, moving companies, and customers seamlessly. AI-powered inventory tracking, route optimization, and an intuitive activity feed for real-time updates. A dashboard-first UI, allowing movers to view, edit, and manage moves with less friction.

Process

Research & Insights: Conducted user interviews with moving companies and customers to understand pain points. Analyzed existing workflows and discovered that lack of visibility and manual errors were major blockers.
UX & UI Design: Explored multiple dashboard layouts prioritizing clarity through lo-fi wireframes. Built interactive prototypes to test user flows for booking, inventory tracking, and route planning. Refined the UI based on real feedback from movers and admin teams.
