Sand Real Estate Group

A boutique real estate firm specializing in Israel's most sought-after locations needed a website that finally reflected the quality and trust behind their work.

THE CONTEXT

Sand Real Estate Group is a family-owned firm with over a decade of experience in Israel's property market. They specialize in presale opportunities in highly desirable locations like Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and along the Mediterranean coast.
Their business is deeply relationship-driven, built on trust, long-standing developer partnerships, and personalized guidance for clients investing in Israel's future communities.

THE PROBLEM

Their existing website had the information, but not the experience.
It felt outdated, was hard to scale, and just didn't reflect the brand. Sections like Featured Developments and Events had no real structure, and making updates meant manually duplicating layouts and editing things one by one. That's not sustainable for a growing business.
They also needed the website to support future growth:
Easily adding new developments
Managing events dynamically
Keeping the existing Caspio CRM integration intact
Creating a cleaner, more polished first impression for potential investors and partners
This wasn't just a redesign.
It was about building something the business could actually grow into.

THE PROCESS

Before I touched the design, I spent time understanding how they work, how they present their developments, and what their clients care about. From that, the direction got clear pretty quickly:
Premium but approachable, clean and minimal, easy for the client to update on their own.
I took design cues from boutique real estate and hospitality brands, leaning into typography, generous spacing, editorial layouts, and a restrained use of gold accents. Sophisticated without being heavy-handed.
From there I redesigned the full site structure and UX, built out a CMS-driven Featured Developments section, created a scalable Events CMS, simplified the events experience with a cleaner content hierarchy, and kept the Caspio integration in place throughout. The whole thing was built in Webflow with long-term usability in mind so the client isn't dependent on a designer for routine updates.

THE OUTCOME

Sand Real Estate Group now has a website that actually feels like the developments they represent.
The new site positions them as a modern, trusted boutique firm and makes the backend significantly easier to manage on their end. The visual identity is cleaner and more premium, the CMS structure means adding new projects and events is straightforward, and the overall experience gives investors and partners a much stronger first impression.
Most importantly, the site supports where the business is going, not just where it's been.

WHAT THE CLIENT SAID

Bernice was a pleasure to work with. Delivered on schedule and as discussed. Her work was great and answered all our needs.
