Through compassionate storytelling, clear process mapping, and transparent budgeting, the deck inspired confidence in donors and partners, driving engagement and support.

Phase‑by‑Phase Workflow: Four‑step timeline (April 3–10, 2023) covering beneficiary identification, bill clearance, food‑aid procurement, and on‑site distribution.

Budget Breakdown: ₦4.34 million plan (₦4 million hospital bills; ₦300 k food aid; ₦40 k logistics) for full transparency.
