With 2 other founding designers, we created a design system as the team grew quickly to 15 designers, as it was a major pain point of ours to ensure consistent design standards across all teams.

Learning from other systems, we grouped it into 'foundations' and 'assets'. Then, we grabbed screens from current designs and broke them down. This allows us to learn, what works and know that the system will continue to work.
