E-brom is a SaaS CRM focused on automating sales funnels for large companies such as Sicredi, BNDES, Imediato Nexway and others. GG Studio delivered results that raised the SaaS visitor-to-trial rate in 30 days, in addition to considerably increasing LTV.

Overview

Founded by experienced professionals and PhDs in management and technology, E-brom wanted to compete with foreign CRMs without seeming “more of the same.” Its site had good organic traffic but little visual coherence; it lacked a memorable brand and a component library that could speed up the roadmap for new modules. By hiring GG Studio, the goal was to redesign not only the web appearance but the entire ecosystem—from the marketing front to the application—showing authority from the very first scroll.

Challenges and Objectives

The first barrier was strategic: how to reposition a Brazilian CRM in a market saturated by HubSpot and Pipedrive? We needed to create a symbol that conveyed energy and, at the same time, trust. On the experience side, the challenge was to build a token-based design system for React and Tailwind CSS, capable of reducing sprint time in future releases. The commercial objective was defined in numbers: raise the visitor-to-trial conversion above and increase LTV by at least 30 % in the three months following launch.

GG Studio Methodology

We began with an AI-guided competitive analysis to understand communication gaps. The naming already existed; we then carried out a one-day Brand Sprint that unfolded the purpose (“Empower the sales team”) and tone of voice (“Direct, optimistic”).
In Figma, we structured a design system in three layers: Atoms, Molecules and Organisms. Each color and typography token went into the Figma Tokens plugin and was exported to Storybook, ensuring parity between design and code. To prove value quickly, we applied the system to a minimalist landing—bright hero, repeated CTAs and a social-proof section with real client logos.
Before hand-off, we audited performance and SEO: WebP images, lazy-load, titles and descriptions using long-tail keywords (“crm sme brazil,” “sales funnel automation”). We also delivered a 56-page brandbook covering logo usage, grid, tone of voice and social-media guidelines.

Results

Two weeks later, the landing page showed new numbers: the visitor-to-trial rate increased by almost 10 %, mobile PageSpeed rose to 95, and average navigation time went from 51 s to 2 min 03 s. LTV grew 32 % in the same period, validating the investment.
