Michael and his family run a charming cottage rental business in Mauterndorf, Salzburg, Austria—one of the country's most scenic and sought-after holiday destinations. Their property offers four fully furnished apartments, ranging from cozy one-bedroom accommodations for couples to spacious multi-bedroom units designed for families and larger groups.

While their business had earned positive reviews from guests, their previous website did not reflect the quality of their accommodations. The design lacked a clear visual identity, with inconsistent layouts, an unstructured content hierarchy, mismatched typography, and an inconsistent color palette. Important information was difficult to scan, making it harder for visitors to explore the property and confidently book their stay.

My goal was to create a modern, professional, and user-friendly website that would showcase the beauty of the cottages while improving the overall user experience. I redesigned the site with a clean layout, established a cohesive color scheme and typography system, organized the content into clear sections, and improved readability throughout. The result is a visually appealing website that builds trust, highlights the property's unique offerings, and makes it easier for potential guests to find information and complete a booking.
