Developed a customizable Master Services Agreement framework for technology and SaaS engagements, including supporting Statement of Work and Change Order templates.

The MSA addresses key commercial and operational terms such as service scope, fees and payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, termination, and general provisions. The accompanying SOW provides a structured way to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and responsibilities, while the Change Order supports formal documentation of changes to scope, schedule, or cost.

The goal was to create a coordinated contract set that helps technology providers and customers establish clear expectations, manage project changes, and support consistent contract administration.
