Developed a customized live performance

Developed a customized live performance agreement template for a band after identifying gaps in its existing booking contract.

The agreement addresses engagement details, performance schedule, compensation, deposits, cancellation and postponement, equipment and production responsibilities, travel and hospitality, recording and publicity rights, safety requirements, limitation of liability, indemnification, and other key protections.

The goal was to create a clearer, more professional contract framework that defines expectations, reduces ambiguity, and better supports the band in future live performance engagements.
