Developed a customized live performance

Developed a customized live performance agreement for a San Diego-based band after identifying gaps in the group’s existing booking contract.

The revised agreement addressed engagement details, performance schedule, equipment and production responsibilities, compensation, deposits, overtime, cancellation and rescheduling, travel and hospitality, recording and publicity rights, safety requirements, licensing responsibilities, limitation of liability, indemnification, and other key protections.

The goal was to provide the band with a more complete and professional contract framework for future performances, with clearer expectations for both the musician and purchaser.
